If I remember correctly, at our last meeting we decided to have a Dune 1.2 release real soon but never settled the details.  Hence we have to do it here, and discuss the following questions.

- when do we branch?
- when do we release?
- who gets to be release manager?
- do we wait for the test suite to be back online?
- is there anything else we should wait for?
- ...
