There is one special change that we decided in Heidelberg: Geometry::corner. This method should have a positive performance impact on, e.g., YaspGrid. If we decide not to include this change, we cannot simply remove the old method in a few month (and with it the unnecessary storage in some grid implementations).

This is the reason why I suggested to include all changes to the interface _without_ changing the implementations (all required renumberings can be done in the engine wrappers). Maybe we could just add this one method and deprecate the Geometry::operator[].

Just one more thing: I have made a lot of changes to AlbertaGrid. I seems to work quite well, so far, but this might depend on the actual date of the branch. If we want maximum stability, we should use an AlbertaGrid version from mid November.

As for the rest, I'm all for a fast release.
