[Dune] Buildsystem or autotools fail

Dear all,

just to let you know...

> 1) patch the dune-autogen with Christian's patch ensuring the deletion 
> of ALL *.m4 (incl dune-common.m4 ...)

The patch is applied

> 2) put a file names stamp_vc in my sourcedir because I use the svn 
> unstable stuff, for reasons explained in the Bugtracking system under 
> number 382

and duneproject is updated to create the stamp file on project
creation.
