[Dune] Buildsystem or autotools fail

Just to wrap this up:

This finally worked. I had to

1) patch the dune-autogen with Christian's patch ensuring the deletion 
of ALL *.m4 (incl dune-common.m4 ...)

2) put a file names stamp_vc in my sourcedir because I use the svn 
unstable stuff, for reasons explained in the Bugtracking system under 
number 382
