[Dune] installing DUNE on computers with MAC OS X

Dear Sreejith,

thank you very much for your prompt answer.
When I click on the name of the unix-executable dunecontrol in MAC OS X
(with the use of  a mouse) it starts to run, but then I have no
possibility to set the flag "all".
