[Dune] installing DUNE on computers with MAC OS X

Hi Tatiana!
Keeping the DUNE build system in a state that makes it installable
on Macs has been notoriously difficult. I am not the person to comment
on the details. Have you tried the svn development branch instead of 1.1?
The dune-autogen script should set the PATH variable to dune-common-foo/bin
so dunecontrol is in the path. Can you try to set PATH by hand and see what
happens?
