[Dune] suggestion for testing

Of course there are better ways than
sending email.
We could for example have a place on the
Stuttgart systems where patches can be
uploaded and then downloaded for nightly
builds. I still think that having a
possibility of making decentralized tests
is a good thing. Everybody could and should
do that. A little cron job with:
svn checkout all-dune
./duncontrol --opts=myopts all
make dist
cp tars /tmp/tars
cd /tmp/tars
unpack
svn checkout my-project
./dunecontrol...

That would mean that the trunk is checked against
many different projects and adding a line like
download todays-patches
would be easy to add.
