Details - There should be some easy way
to attach data (domain information
or material data) to the grid
when constructed through a grid
factory..This data is often stored
with the grid in a file and 
uses a vertex key to identify
the elements. In this way boundary
ids as we use them could be 
stored using Olivers consecutive
boundary index.
Suggestion:
the grid factory should provide a
number at least for each vertex 
corresponding to the order of 
insertion into the factory.
