[Dune] deprecated UGGrid methods

Dear Dune,

I just learned that the methods createBegin, createEnd,
insertBoundarySegment, insertVertex, and insertElement of UGGrid are
meanwhile deprecated. Why? Are there alternatives if I want to insert
mixed grids of tetrahedra, pyramids, prisms, and hexahedra?
