[Dune] Next Developer meeting

Dear all,

on the localfuntions meeting in Heidelberg we discussed the need for a
new Developer meeting. There are several open questions which require
more discussion than just a few mails.

Everybody agreed that the prefered time for a meeting would be in
december. Peter already offered to organize a metting in Heidelberg,
with a visit to the christmas market.
