[Dune] mark/getMark on Grid.

Hello Dune,

as decided in Berlin I changed the mark/getMark method of the Grid to 
take an entity instead of an entity pointer. The old methods still exist 
and are deprecated. All other private grid implementation should also 
implement these new methods.
