[Dune] Proposing a new Dune meeting

To bring this topic back to our all attention ;-)

We had a short poll in Heidelberg and it seems that all people
concerned can be in Berlin on monday. Peter does have a lecture on
wednesday.

There are some urgent topics to discuss for localfunctions. Thus we
support Andreas suggestion to have the meeting even if not everybody
can join (then this isn't real full meeting, but still we can discuss
some stuff).
