Details - In dune-grid/grid/test/ there is a subdirectory 'vtktest' which contains a single short test named 'test-edges2d'.
This test could use some improvements.

a) There is no reason why the test should be in a separate
  subdirectory
b) it is completely undocumented. What does it test? Something vtk-related? Why is it not in io/file/test, then?  Something else?
Why is it called vtktest, then?
