The reason for this behavior is in the P1VectorWrapper where the evaluate
method uses a nearest vertex search, i.e., return the function value stored
on the vertex nearest to the local coordinate. Prehaps there is no better way
without having localfunctions. The question would be 
   should the add method for vector data also exist on the SubsamplingVTKWriter -
   the data is linear anyway and cannot be improved by subsampling. At least the
   docu should state this problem?
