[Dune] server moving -- downtime

Dear all,

> next week the dune server will physically move to Heidelberg. This
> will lead to several days of downtime.

The plan is the following:

* conan will be go down wednesday 11th morning.
* conan is moved to Heidelberg on thursday.
* conan is up and running on friday.

If anything does not work as planed, you will be informed.

You will also receive an email once conan is running again.
