[Dune] Please allow SubsamplingVTKWriter into 1.2

Dear Release Managers,

can you please merge patches 4894 and 4907 of dune-grid from trunk?

I understand that 1.2 is to be used in the DUNE-Workshop in Heidelberg on
23.-27.3.  For this workshop we need the SubsamplingVTKWriter to be able to
visualize higher order base functions in VTK.
