[Dune] small problem in dune-grid-howto, visualization.cc

Dear all,

sorry Martin, but the GRIDDIM macro is an optional feature that should
not be necessary to use the grid howto. It is not convieent if you
have to reconfigure the whole project if you just want to use a
different grid.

I must apologize that I didn't notice this problem in the beginning.
