[Dune] Help regarding writing and reading the grid in Amiramesh or XDR format

Dear Dune-developers,

I had a problem with writing and reading the grids using AmiraMesh format or
XDR format.

Suppose, my grid consists of level-0, level-1,..so on.
I had a problem with data(solution) inconsistency over grid
if I write level-n (leafgrid) grid and solution data into a separate files
and read those files again.

After reading those files the solution is different than the original  
solution.
It seems the element data structure is different after reading the
grid structure from file.

I have tested the Amiramesh format(using LeafAmiraMeshWriter and Reader) also
XDR format(writegrid and readgrid functions) and both behaves similar way.

I would appreciate if you give an idea how to handle this issue.
