[Dune] call for patches for a 1.2.2 release

Hi Martin!
 From among the changes I made I suggest

dune-common: 5629, 5624, 5665
dune-grid: 5801, 5802, 5720

Before anybody panics: these patches do not contain shared_ptr-
related stuff.
