[Dune] Error when compiling dune-grid with Intel's icpc 11.1

Hi Martin,

I've contacted Intel about this issue. They reproduced the bug and are  
working on a fix (see the Intel forums at http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-c-compiler/topic/68139/ 
  for details). As a workaround (until a new icc is being released)  
they suggest the following:

I don't know if this a feasible (i.e. not-too-tedious) option. I  
certainly don't have much of a problem waiting for the next icc release.
