[Dune] Problem using ALUGrid and the gmshreader

Hi Wolfgang!
The gmshreader uses an interface method that the ALUGrid maintainers
haven't gotten around to implementing yet. Use UGGrid instead or go
back before gmshreader.hh revision 6403.
