[Dune] Status of 2.0 release

Dear all,

If nobody has any further updates, I prepare the Dune 2.0 tarballs
tomorrow.

Please have again a look at my questions from the last mail:

> - Are you aware of other bugs or missing patches?
> - Is there a test to check the boundarySegementIndex? I'd like to test
>   the backports of the Alberta and Alugrid patches.
> - Please also look at the recent changes page and update accordingly.
