Dear all,

after several small fixes in the release branch, I'd like to finish
the release by end of this week.

- Are you aware of other bugs or missing patches?
- Is there a test to check the boundarySegementIndex? I'd like to test
the backports of the Alberta and Alugrid patches.
- Please also look at the recent changes page and update accordingly.
