Hi Jö!
The infamous Dune coding style guide says that files names should
consist of lower case letters exclusively (plus the suffix).  Hence we
would need to call the file tupleutility.hh, or decide that the style
guide is crap in this point.

Reimplementing stuff from C++0x <utility> doesn't seem to happen
in the nearer future, therefore I propose to simply deprecate utility.hh.
