[Dune] ghost elements

Dear Dune,

In a parallel implementation I need to access elements through the 
interprocessor boundary. Can I access all the methods provided by an 
internal entity, or are there some restrictions on those ghost elements?
Should there be a problem to get the JacobianInverseTransposed?
