[Dune] ghost elements

Hello Florian,

The difference between ghost entities an all other entities types is 
that not all methods in the ghost entities might be implemented. For 
example, the intersection iterator access in ALUGrid is restricted on 
ghost elements. Since this came up the last time all methods possibly 
not available should say so in the documentation, although I admit that 
this is somewhat hard to find.

Regarding your question, jacobianInverse.. should be available at least 
in ALUGrid.
