[Dune] using cmake to build your dune module

Hi Felix,
I just started writing some CMake scripts myself when I saw your post.
Unfortunately, the links on the wiki page to download the CMake files
don't work for me (Error: You are not authorized to access this page.).
Could you please send me the files via email, or maybe fix the Wiki links?
