It was decided on the meeting to remove the ::size enum.

Infortunately the protocol does not reflect what I remember. It says 'deprecate ::size'. However later on in the discussion we decided to instantly remove the enum.

The reason is that we can't have a transition phase where users can switch from ::size to size(). Instead we decided to enable a deprecated ::size enum INSTEAD of the method only if DUNE_COMMON_RELEASE_COMPATIBILITY is enabled.

If my memory is wrong please correct my.
