[Dune] release

If I understand Andreas correctly, he suggest that during this week no
new features should be implemented (also in the trunk) and only
bugfixes should be added. This would imply that at the end of the week
we can just sync the release with the trunk.

I think this is a very good idea taken the number of bugs, especially
in dune-grid.

Anyway I ask everybody to clearly mark whihc patches should be merged
and which not.

Martin, Oliver, could you please comment on the patches 6266 to
HEAD. Some patches are marked as bugfix, or "as decided in Berlin",
but it is not clear which ones should be merged.
