[Dune] DGF parameters

Dear Dune,

DGF accepts parameters for both elements and nodes which can be accessed
by Dune::GridPtr<GridType>::parameters(const Entity& en). Are those
parameters interpolated onto the next level if the grid is refined? Or
may I simply not do this, as stated in the "Accessing parameters" DGF
documentation?
