There are no iterators for nonconst grids, i.e., IteratorImp = ConstIteratorImp. Moreover, we implicitly did guarantee that LevelIterators and LeafIterator differed in type, because the interface classes we of different type. My question would be to what end we need to distinguish them. If it's just about the hierarchic iterator, we might choose to keep that one of different type.
