[Dune] Gmsh file format changed from version 2.4.2 to 2.5

Dear Dune,

I can't use the gmshreader with the new Gmsh 2.5 anymore. If I try to read
a Gmsh 2.5 File a grid I/O error occurs. I think there was a slight change
in the Gmsh file format. In the lines for the elements there is now one
entry less. (I attached the unitsquare in Gmsh Format 2.4.2 and 2.5 for
comparison).
Maybe you could change this?
