[Dune] Request for a slight change of the meeting agenda

Dear Dune!
I just saw that voting on the developer status for Carsten Gräser
is almost the last topic on our agenda for next week's meeting.
I propose to move it to the very top.  That way Carsten can fully
participate in the meeting in case he is elected.
