[Dune] Request for a slight change of the meeting agenda

I noted it already in Andreas bugreport... I never understood the
order of topics as a cronological order. I also think, the discussion
about a developer status should be moved to the beginning, but I also
think certain other topics shold be changed in the order. I'll come up
with a proposal...
