[Dune] ALUGrid: double ghostnodes and communication

Hi Markus,

for each "border" face of an element there exists one ghost. This means
that one could have two ghost elements representing the same entity.
This is due to the design of ALUGrid. No way to change that.

The local ids should be the same, as well as the global ids.
What you had in mind with your question is overlap entities, then there
would be only one entity.
The communication should work, if not you could test the grid file
with the dune/grid/test/tesdt-alugrid in parallel which actually checks
the communication.
