Details - In referencemappings.hh, line 80, a typedef GeometryTraits::Allocator is used for a member variable allocator_. This typedef doesn't exist (?anymore?). I'm not sure about the implications and thus will not remove the allocator.

Someone familiar with the code might want to have a look.
