[Dune] Korrupte tar.gz Dateien

as far as I know the original pre-posix tar format was restricted
to 100 characters for the full path with is exactly what mc left
over. There are various extended versionsof the format:

ustar (posix '88), gnu, pax (posix '01)

All of these allow for longer file names, at least the last for
arbitrary length. The 'file' utility says that the file is in
posix format which I assume is pax.
