[Dune] Problem with Assigning Index to a Subentity

Hi,

I wanted to assign a global index to a sub-entity. And, I tried with,

* int indexi = set.subindex(*el,i,dim);*

But, I get an error saying.
*
error: ‘set’ was not declared in this scope*

Could someone please help me out with this?

I have added the header *#include<set>*
