[Dune] A problem with Dune compiling

I think there is something wrong with the new implementation.  Can you please
give me the version of your C++ compiler, so I can better reproduce it?

@List: Also, I don't see a check for the C++ compiler in the configure output.
       I see checks whether the C++ compiler is gnu-style and so on and I see
       a check for the C compiler ("checking for gcc... mpicc") but no direct
       check for the C++ compiler itself.  This seems kind of strange, does
       anyone has any ideas on this?
