[Dune] Reading Tags from msh file to dgf

Hi,

According to the DUNE Grid File documentation here
http://www.dune-project.org/doc-2.0/doxygen/html/group__DuneGridFormatParser.html

We can use some other file instead of dgf for construction. Does msh file work here? 
Apart from that, if I use the msh file, then does the parameters method there provide access to all the 
parameters that are contained as tags in the msh file?
