I though there was supposed to be a geometry interface class in dune-geometry which could be used to construct local finite elements on a single entity -
i.e., for the mapping/piola transform etc. 
Also we discussed a simplified geometry interface not relying on the existence of a reference element, e.g., for the CornerPointGrid.
Perhaps we should leave things as they are and discuss the whole Geometry interface issue in a seperate Flyspray.
