[Dune] Ghost Element Docu for ALUgrid

Hi all,

if I iterate in a ALU 3d tet grid over the ghost elements, I get only 
elements from other ranks, that have a common face with elements on the 
local rank.
I assume that should be the normal behaviour of ALU.

But then the lower left part of Fig. 8.1 in the dune-grid tutorial is 
missleading: the yellow quads which have only a common node with the 
interior region are not of the type ghost.
