[Dune] Reading Gmsh-files using ALUGrid instead of UGGrid

Have a look here [1], especially the part titled "create Grid".  If you don't
need Gmsh' physical entities and only wan't to use the grid in serial, you can
ignore the other sections.

If that does not help, please report back in which way it fails, e.g. error
message etc.
