[Dune] Reading Gmsh-files using ALUGrid instead of UGGrid

Hi.

The constructor taking an int is UG specific and ALU needs a different one.
In dune-grid/dune/grid/io/file/test/gmIshtest.cc
there is a test which shows a general way of initializing a dune grid from a
gmsh file.
