[Dune] Questions around the PDESoft conference

Dear all,

yes, there are rumors and actually there were already some emails
on this list concerning these meetings.

As the user meeting should be organized by the users and the developer 
meeting by the developers,
this plans are kept separate from the organization of PDESoft 2012.
Suitable conference rooms are reserved for Thursday, June 21.

Concerning the user meeting, Bernd started the discussion in November and
Felix created a wiki at

http://users.dune-project.org/projects/user-meeting-2012/wiki

to collect ideas for the final schedule.

Concerning the developer meeting, we will definitely meet
on Thursday, June 21.

Our plan was to do parallel meetings with a possible joint closing session.

Thus, for your time schedule and travel plans you should  reserve also
June 21. However, to allow travel back home at the same day, I would 
suggest to
finish with both meetings at about 5 p.m.

More detailed plans will follow.
