I planed to do this change today. Is this a good idea having the discussion from FS#1094 in mind?

I'd simply copy the complete code from dune-geometry/dune/geometry/referenceelements.hh and rename in the original part and deprecate all classes in the copied part. Or is there a more elegant way?
