No objection. But shouldn't we do it for the GlobalGeoemtryTypeIndex, too?

Just á side note: I already added the possibility to iterate over the reference element container (for exactly this purpose). Of course, this will not include none and, unfortunately, currently iterates over each reference element twice (for the two possible topologyIds). But this should be easy to fix. Isn't this approach more "DUNE-style"?
