[Dune] GMP usage in dune-geometry

Hi,

while adding CMake support to dune-geometry, I noticed that GMP flags
are set in /dune/geometry/genericgeometry/test/Makefile.am but the
configure test is not activated anywhere.

Shouldn't we either test for GMP or get rid off the flags?
