[Dune] Isogeometric analysis with Dune

I'm not aware of anybody who has worked with dune and nurbs.

Together with some additional code, you should be able to use any
shapefunctions defined in dune-localfunctions. In order to estimate
the amount of work, I would have to know a little bit more about the
particular properties of your nurbs approach.
