[Dune] Docu ghost elements

Hi Robert,
what do have in mind? We can put Jö's explanation in the Dune user wiki.
Or we can add it to the dune-grid-howto, I have not checked what portion
is already in chapter 8 "Parallelism".

However, I volunteer doing it.
